GraceHeels Delivery Policy

1. General Provisions
This policy defines the terms of delivery for orders fulfilled by the GraceHeels online store.
By placing an order, the customer accepts the delivery terms specified in this policy.

2. Delivery Costs and Time
Delivery costs depend on the selected shipping method and order value. The applicable costs are listed on the store’s website. Due to the handmade production and personalization process, the production time for an order may take up to 3 weeks. Each pair of shoes is made to order for an individual customer. Please refer to the order process diagram for details.

The estimated delivery time* is between 1 to 5 business days, depending on the chosen courier and delivery location.
In case of delivery delays, the store will make every effort to inform the customer about the updated order fulfillment timeframe.

3. Delivery Methods
The store offers the following delivery options:
● Courier (UPS / DHL / DPD / Pocztex / InPost)

4. Shipment Receipt Conditions

Customers are required to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
If the package is damaged, a damage report should be created in the presence of the courier, and the customer should immediately contact the store.
If the package is not collected due to reasons attributable to the customer, they may be charged for the cost of re-shipping.

5. Final Provisions

The store reserves the right to amend the Delivery Policy. Customers will be informed of any changes via the store's website.
For matters not covered by this policy, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.

* The estimated delivery time does not include the production process. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is marked as "Ready for Shipment."
