1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of operation of the online store, the conditions for making purchases, the rights and obligations of both parties, and complaint procedures. 1.2. Every customer making a purchase in the store is required to read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer and Orders

2.1. The store offers high heels dance shoes, which can be purchased via the website. 2.2. Orders can be placed 24/7 using the order form available on the website. 2.3. An order is considered accepted for processing upon receiving an email confirmation from the store.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1. All prices listed on the website are gross prices (including VAT). 3.2. The customer can pay for the order via: a) Bank transfer b) Online payment services c) Credit/debit card payment 3.3. The store reserves the right to change prices and conduct promotions, which will not affect orders placed before the price changes.

4. Delivery

4.1. Deliveries within Poland are carried out via courier companies. 4.2. Shipping costs are provided during the order process. 4.3. The delivery terms and order fulfillment process are described in the Delivery Policy.

5. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

5.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. 5.2. To withdraw from the contract, the customer should contact the store via the contact form available on the website or by email at graceshop.kontakt@gmail.com. The conditions for contract withdrawal are detailed in the Return Policy.

6. Complaints

6.1. In the case of defective goods, the customer has the right to file a complaint. 6.2. Complaints should be submitted by email to graceshop.kontakt@gmail.com or through the contact form, including the order number and photos documenting theissue. The defective product should be sent to the address provided by the seller. 6.3. The store will process the complaint within 14 business days from the date of its submission.

7. Personal Data Protection

7.1. The administrator of personal data is GraceHeels. 7.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. 7.3. Customers have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The store reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, prices, promotions, and all content available on the website. Changes will not affect orders placed before their introduction. 8.2. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law. 8.3. Any disputes arising from the contract between the store and the customer will be settled by common courts in Poland.
